The Hammock trade show and the LYCRA® brand have put together an octane-charged evening to take the glamour and excitement of this unique annual event to new heights.

A big-screen presentation of LYCRA® MOVES YOU™ consumer brand campaign kicks-off a runway extravaganza for the who’s-who of the swimwear world expected to attend. The designers of over 80 apparel and accessory brands present in Miami have combined to create 50 exciting new beachwear looks.

Next up, previously-unseen video reportage of how US professional surfer Anastasia Ashley learned why swimwear with LYCRA® XTRA® LIFE fiber set the performance standards for the world’s swimwear – and tested them to extremes few people could match.

The event finale is the kind of runway show you might never see again. Seventeen swimwear brands accepted the LYCRA® Design Challenge to create a one-of-a–kind swimsuit from 10 yards of red LYCRA® XTRA LIFE ™ fabric. A panel of industry experts will pass judgement on their efforts. The top prize for originality and creativity will be a photoshoot and spread in Ocean Drive magazine.
