Consumer and trade press from media including Vogue, Woman & Home, Marie Claire, Hello!, Good Housekeeping, The Times, Mail on Sunday YOU, Business of Fashion, Attire, Lingerie Insight, Underlines and Innovation in Textiles were fascinated by demonstrations of LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ fibre in swimwear, new innovations in denim and LYCRA® BEAUTY COOLING technology for the shapewear market. And many were intrigued to see and touch reels of LYCRA® fibre in the flesh.
Mail on Sunday YOU Magazine said: “It's so great to see LYCRA® fibre properly. Everything is just better with LYCRA® in it.” The Daily Mail was amazed by LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ fibre; “XTRA LIFE™ fibre is brilliant stuff. We’re always talking and looking for ways to extend the life of swimwear so we can't wait to share it with our readers.” Hello! Magazine commented that “LYCRA® has been my saviour now I’m pregnant. Really interesting to hear more about how it works as I never really realised it did so much.” And Pretty Posh Oh My Gosh blog said: “I never knew LYCRA® fibre did so much! I see that hang tag and just assume the product has more stretch but it’s so much more than that. I will definitely look for the LYCRA® logo now when shopping and will share this information with my clients.”
With over 150 press in attendance during the day, the LYCRA® brand has certainly made its mark on British fashion press this week.
