Trends such as Self Improvement, Serious SPORT and Flex denim showed inspirational socks and leggings, while the trend Considerate Consumer highlighted how consumers can now be eco-friendly and fashion-forward at the same time, thanks to COOLMAX® Eco-Made fibre.
A technical workshop followed the runway show, where INVISTA introduced new sock-specific fibre types that bring benefits to the consumer.
Newness such as a new steam-set LYCRA® fibre, T179C, now offers a better sock presentation and fit to sock bodies, with a true-to-size garment knitted with up to 8% less courses. New to the THERMOLITE® brand is a FAR INFRARED technology or FIR fibre that when knitted into socks has been proved to generate heat from the body bringing significant consumer comfort.
